What is ACS ?
ACS full name is Anisotropic Conductive Sheet.
It is a composite material of silicone rubber and gold-plated brass wire.
Micro Diameter
23µm diameter metal pins are embedded into a silicone rubber matrix via proprietary techniques.
Micro Pitch
50µm spacing with each individual pin, provides a conductive path along the vertical axis while remaining insulated from adjacent pins.
Easy to Maintain
ACS is easy to use with ic test socket, module test socket, and other electronic product test socket.
Simplify test fixture design and eliminate the cost to repair and replace pogo-pins.
